IMP can offer IVR technology, which uses Virtual Agent lines to call respondents so they can complete a survey, pre-qualify for a survey or lead generation program, or hear a recorded message by using the keypad on their touchtone phone. The IVR technology can record and playback sound files using a real human voice.
This method does not require the use of a live agent, but works in much the same way as a standard telephone project. It also has the ability to record verbatim responses from respondents, which can be transcribed and included as text (or coded responses) in the data files.
