We can use a combination of inbound/outbound telephone, online, and IVR technologies using the same technology platform. Data is housed in a central location, regardless of the method collected, and is easily accessible for clients.
As with any data collection project, all data recorded can be recalled even if a respondent terminates the survey prior to completion. It also allows the respondent to “pick up” the survey where they left off, if they had to stop – even if the methods of data collection are different each time (for example: the survey was started on the phone, but the respondent finished it on the web). Using a mixed-mode methodology can provide convenience and ease of use for the respondent, while simultaneously increasing the response rate and helping to lower costs.
