Telephone Interviewing (CATI)

Our state-of-the-art facility currently has 48 seats wired with CATI and Predictive Dialer technologies, and is easily expandable should the need arise. Our platform is a feature-rich system that allows real time reporting and configuration of single methodology data collection projects, or a variety of mixed modes (inbound/outbound telephone, online, IVR, or a combination).

In addition to the interviewing interface, IMP uses predicative dialer technology. The dialer is very advanced when it comes to recognizing disconnected numbers, coding calls and preventing fewer dropped calls, which results in greater productivity. Additionally, we can also run the dialer in non-predictive/preview mode to allow for better control of smaller sample quantities. At a client’s request, we can also run projects using manual dial as well.

Features of this system include real-time reporting for our clients, live remote monitoring, as well as enhanced mp3 recording and playback capabilities. We are able to record entire interviews or particular questions more efficiently and effectively – and deliver clean sound files to our clients more quickly, if required.

As part of IMP’s data validation process, all completed telephone surveys are recorded on every project. This method virtually eliminates the need for callbacks to verify data, and is a very valuable tool for coaching and training agents. It is offered as a free service to all clients.
