Our online contact service uses the same technology platform with a minimum of 50 web licenses (expandable for larger projects), and is easily adaptable to a variety of mixed modes.
The online interface can be customized for each individual client using specific logos and verbiage displayed on the survey web pages. The client may provide and/or approve the information displayed prior to launch.
IMP’s online contact capabilities include easy respondent url access, which can be customized by purchasing a specific domain related to the project; for example: www.IMPSurvey.com. Each respondent is given a unique pass code, which we use to track individual respondents. If customization of the url is not necessary, we can send a link to individuals with an embedded password for unique identification. Using these methods, we can see who has completed the survey and thus send reminders to those that have not. We can also set up an online project for general web access where no unique identifiers are needed. This type of project can be linked to an existing client web page where customers and potential customers can seamlessly access the survey by being re-directed from the webpage to the interface and back again.
IMP can also do complex CAWI programming that includes the display of graphics, pictures, video or audio, which are very useful when doing research on ad recall or testing, brand recognition, or other types of visual/audio recognition tests.
