Excellent customer service begins and ends with excellent people. At IMP Customer Care Centre
our friendly, service oriented, team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s)
will ensure that your customers will be delighted by the personal service they receive.

Our CSR’s have an average of five years experience in providing customer care. This experience
is in both inbound and outbound environments and encompasses inbound customer service,
inbound sales and reservations as well as outbound sales, outbound direct marketing
follow up, outbound customer loyalty, customer retention/win-back and surveys.
Our CSR’s enjoy their jobs and they love their environment, this is illustrated by the fact
that our retention rate in our staff is extremely high. Our turnover rate for the last
year was 1%, an unheard of number in the industry.
