Our state-of-the-art Nortel Option 81 telephone switch utilizing Symposium Call Centre Server allows us to manage and service your customer’s calls whatever technology they use. Skills based routing ensures that the “call” goes to the right Customer Service Representative, first time, every time. The centre has been wired to category 5e compliance. Equipped with the 10/100 switches and100Mbit network cards, every workstation has 100Mbits of bandwidth at its disposal and all are connected to the Internet.

Fully diverse, telecommunications routes have been employed to ensure maximum uptime in the centre. These routes (one over fibre, the other over copper) approach the centre from different directions and enter at two different points in the building.
